Saltwater testing added to the meeting agenda. Motion made by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Shirley Gray, all in favor.
The Minutes from the June meeting were approved. A motion was made by Shirley Gray seconded by Ronald Nunez all were in favor.
The financial report was approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
The bills were approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
CPRA Permit LCUP# 220604 was approved by the board.
Rusty Welch gave a report to the board on the fence for W1-West. He will get 3 bids for the fence and bring the bids back to the board.
The board asking when tax payments would come in from Cameron LNG. The tax accessors office recent LED reports has 2031. This is a estimated date based on reports received by the state.
The board discussed getting a salinity meter. A motion was made by Shirley Gray for Rusty Welch to purchase one for the board. The motion was seconded by Ronald Nunez, all were in favor.
