DISTRICT NO. 4

Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at Grand Lake Water Works District #11 Office, 111 Dennis Lane, Bell City, Louisiana 70630, at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
Board members present for the meeting were: Leslie Griffith, Dan Nunez, Shane Broussard and Mike Semien.
There were no board member(s) absent.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the minutes of the Wednesday, September 21, 2022, meeting were approved.
Mitch Thomas was present at the Public Comment Period.
On motion of Mr. Nunez, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the Board requested that $30,000.00 be transferred from the LAMP Investment.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
1. Jeff Davis Electric $42.31
2. Gragson, Casiday & Guillory, LLP $3,000.00
3. Seabreeze Culvert, Inc. $1,358.10
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
