DISTRICT NO 4
August 17, 2022
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at Grand Lake Water Works District #11 Office, 111 Dennis Lane, Bell City, Louisiana 70630, at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Co-Chairman Dan Nunez.
Board members present for the meeting were: Leslie Griffith, Dan Nunez and Mike Semien.
Board member(s) absent was Shane Broussard and Todd Morales.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the minutes of the Friday, July 22, 2022 meeting were approved.
There was no one present for the public comment period.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the Board approved the transfer of $25,000.00 from the LAMP Investment into the checking account.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
1. Jeff Davis Electric – $39.84
2. Seabreeze Culverts – $21,413.20
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the Board approved the low bid of Seven O Residential and Commercial in the amount of $47,525.79 for the installation of actuators, chargers, batteries and Warn Winches at the Kings Bayou Structure and the Oak Grove Structure. This is provided they have included the purchase of the Warn Winches in their quote.
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
