Hornets run rule LaGrange

The Grand Lake Hornets baseball team opened their 2025 season with a big home win over the LaGrange Gators last Monday. The Hornets will look to claim the District 4-1A title this season as well as make their return to the state tournament in Sulphur.

Law Faulk went 1-1, Tayte Picou went 1-2 with two RBIs, Grayson Verzwyvelt went 1-1 with an RBI, Kasen Quinn went 1-1, and Noah Broussard went 1-1 with an RBI.

Hornets crush Reeves 20-0

The Grand Lake Hornets baseball team defeated the Reeves Red Raiders last Thursday in run rule fashion.

The Hornets scored early and often as Reeves never had an answer.
