Board of Commissioners Meeting

May 28, 2026

Meeting called to order at 5 p.m. by Chairperson, Mary D. Booth.

Pledge of Allegiance and Prayer were led by Mrs. Booth.

Board Roll call: Present – Mary Booth, Kevin Vincent, Logan Manuel, Ashley Trahan.

Mrs. Booth read the agenda aloud. No additions to the agenda were proposed.

Mr. Manuel motioned to approve the minutes from February 26 & March 12, 2026. Second by Ms. Trahan. None opposed. Motion carried.

Director, Byron Broussard presented the director’s report for February, March & April, 2026 which included, call volume reports, payments received on accounts, expense reports, cash asset report, and tax revenues received. Expense reports were reviewed and signed by each present member. A current balance sheet was presented and reviewed.

A Dividend Check was received, by the board, from Louisiana Worker’s Compensation Coorp. In the amount of $21,601.71. This payment is a yearly client premium reimbursement based on profit margin and the amount of claims submitted throughout the year.

Ms. Trahan motioned to adjourn the meeting. Second by Mr. Vincent. None opposed. Meeting was adjourned.
