Ada Lorraine Dyson, 77, of Cameron died on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. She was born in Jupiter, Fla.

She was an attendant of First Baptist Church of Cameron.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Yohey and Maggie Mae Gaskins Yohey; one sister; and one granddaughter, Kyle Rose Dyson.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lee Dyson Sr.; sons, Rodney Bush and wife Laurie of Abbeville, Jimmy Lee Dyson Jr. of DeRidder, Franklin ” Frankie” Sonnier of Morehead City, N. C.; daughters, Nora Smith and husband Danny of Cameron, Kimberly Haskins of Schulenburg, Texas; brother, Kenneth Yohey of Oklahoma City, Okla.; sister, Regina “Ann” Armold of Mt. Joy, Pa.; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends was held Tuesday June 22, at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles followed by a memorial service.
