Cameron Parish Waterworks District #7 met in regular session on Tuesday, February 22,2022, at 5 p.m., at the Waterworks #11 Office in the town of Sweetlake.
Members present, Guy Murphy, Lula LeBlanc, Robin Morales, Michelle Trahan.
Members absent, none
Guy Murphy called the meeting to order.
Robin Morales led the pledge.
Robin Morales made a motion to approve the minutes, it was seconded by Michelle Trahan.
Due to rising cost in premium, and in hurricane deductible, the Water Board decided, that it was no longer feasible, to carry property insurance on the water tower and water well, located at 149 LeBlanc Rd.
Due to the rising cost of materials, the Water Board has increased the cost of installing a new % in. water meter with 20 ft. of service line to $900, this does not include road bore or meters larger than % inch in size.
Robin Morales made a motion to approve the financial statement, it was seconded by Lula LeBlanc.
Michelle Trahan made a motion to pay bills, it was seconded by Robin Morales.
Robin Morales made a motion to adjourn, it was seconded by Lula LeBlanc.
