A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis Welch, Travis LaBove, Barry Stine, Bethany Moore and Terry J. Murphy.
Members Absent: None.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Terry J. Murphy, and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Barry Stine, and carried to accept the minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
