Harper & Associates Dated July 14, 2010 for the Point of Commencement, Thence South 89° 35′ 42″ East a Distance of 198.70 Feet; Thence North 00° 35′ 42″ West a Distance of 491.88 Feet, Thence North 89° 35′ 42″ West a distance of 198.70 Feet; Thence South 00° 38′ 56″ West a Distance of 491.88 Feet to the Point of Commencement.
