NOTICE IS GIVEN that DONALD M. DROST, Administrator of the Succession of KENNETH WAYNE DROST, is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of SIXTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($16,000.00) DOLLARS cash, the immovable property owned by the Succession of KENNETH WILLIAM DROST described below.
Lots 11, 12 and Lots 28, 29 of DROST SUBDIVISION, a subdivision in Section 44, Township 14, South, Range 9 West, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, as per the official plat of subdivision recorded at Instrument No. 181285, and as revised at Instrument No. 182208, of the official records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and made a part hereof by reference thereto.
