Cameron Parish Ward 4 Justice Seth Guidry is no longer running for re-election.

Opponent Elizabeth Russell challenged his residency filing, according to a local media station.

Guidry said he was displaced after Hurricane Laura and was not financially feasible because of an insurance issue.
