Walter “Clint” Savage, Jr., 51, of Sulphur died on Monday, Mar. 24, 2025.

He was born in Lake Charles and lived in Sulphur. He attended Barbe High School Class of 1992 and went on to serve in the United States Army, Reserves, and La. National Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Dalan Savage; four children, Victoria Breaux and husband Jonathan Hampton, Zachary Savage, Allyson Savage and Mary Savage; three grandchildren; sister, Tara Brooke Savage; and parents, Walter and Sharon Savage.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Shirley McMahon; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Savage.

A Celebration of Life service was held Thursday, Mar. 27, at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles led by Hixson Celebrant Jody Tyler. Burial followed at Grand Lake Community Cemetery.
