South Cameron Elementary

Kayln Nicole Hughes has been named South Cameron Elementary Student of the Year.

Hughes is a 5th grader at SCHS. She is an eleven year old with seven siblings. She loves art, riding bikes, and playing outside. Her favorite color is turquoise and she loves to watch “Stranger Things.”

This year, she was a member of the Jr Tarpon Cheer Team and Lil’ Dribblers.

South Cameron High

Gabriella Evemarie Marceaux has been named South Cameron High School Student of the Year.

Marceaux is a senior. She was nominated for SCHS student of the year in 5th grade and awarded student of the year in 8th grade, as well.

She is a member of Sr Beta, National Honors Society, and the Yearbook Staff. She participates in track and is the Captain of the Tarpon Dazzlers dance team. Marceaux is the Senior Class president and was recently chosen as the South Cameron High School Homecoming Queen.
