Sempra Infrastructure launched Safe Communities Initative in June

At the beginning of June, Sempra Infrastructure launched its first Safe Communities Initiative in Beauregard, Calcasieu, and Cameron Parishes to fund vital programs and services helping to keep these communities and its residents safe. Through this initiative, $80,000 was awarded in grants to local community partners.

“The efforts these organizations put into our neighborhoods to assist our most vulnerable citizens make a big impact in our region,” said Kelly Prasser, Director of External Affairs at Sempra Infrastructure.

These community partners were commended for their efforts: Beauregard Parish Fire District #2, Second Harvest Food Bank, Cameron Parish Sheriff’s Department, Care Help of Sulphur, Squyres Methodist Church, and DeRidder Police Department.
