SWLA Center for Health Services, in partnership with Christus Ochsner Health, operates a School Based Health Center inside South Cameron High School.

Services include medical services including acute care, preventive care, chronic disease management, and appointment-based testing. Most importantly, there are no out-of-pocket costs or co-payments for students receiving care through our SBHC program.

However, a signed consent form from the school office is required before services can be provided to any student.
