REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING MONDAY JUNE 20, 2022
The Johnson Bayou Recreation District of Cameron Parish met Monday June 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the Johnson Bayou Recreation Center located at 135 Berwick Rd. Johnson Bayou, LA 70631.
Members present: Mr. Heath Jinks, Mrs. Adrienne Jinks, Ms. Tammy Erbelding
Members absent: Mrs. Pamela Romero and Mr. Calise Romero
Guests: Mrs. Heather Trahan
Mr. Heath Jinks called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
The pledge and prayer were led by Mr. Heath Jinks
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. No comments were made.
Mrs. Heather Trahan talked to the board about replanting the trees along the front fence of the recreation center property. The board asked Mrs. Trahan to look into other options besides oak trees.
A motion was made by Mrs. Adrienne Jinks, seconded by Ms. Tammy Erbelding and carried to accept the minutes from the May 23, 2022 meeting.
It was moved by Mrs. Adrienne Jinks, seconded by Ms. Tammy Erbelding and carried to approve the bills as paid.
A motion was made by Ms. Tammy Erbelding, seconded by Mrs. Adrienne Jinks and carried to accept review of the financial statements.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mrs. Adrienne Jinks, seconded by Ms. Tammy Erbelding and carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:24 p.m. The next regular meeting will be held in September.
