Road Closure in Cameron Parish – All lanes on LA 717 between Harrys Road and Louisiana Avenue (near milepost 5.5) will be closed to vehicle traffic, effective Monday, Mar. 11.

The closure is necessary for crews to replace the Klondike Canal Bridge.

The closure is anticipated to remain in effect until Friday, Aug. 2.
