INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The Cameron Parish Police Jury will accept sealed bids for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Chemical Dust Control Treatment of Cameron Parish Roads
Sealed bids will be received on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at the Administrative Office of the Cameron Parish Police Jury located at the Cameron Parish West Annex, 148 Smith Circle, Cameron, Louisiana. At that time and place bids will be opened and read aloud. Only sealed bids labeled “Dust Control” will be opened.
Bids must be submitted on bid form provided. Bid forms can be requested from the Cameron Parish Public Works Department by email at emock@cameronpj.org or by contacting Emily Mock, Public Works & Road Superintendent by telephone at (337) 274-7138. Sealed bids can be hand-delivered to the Cameron Parish Police Jury’s Temporary Office located at 502 Magnolia Drive, Jennings, LA 70546; or mailed to the following address – Cameron Parish Police Jury, P.O. Box 1280, Cameron, LA 70631. The Cameron Parish Police Jury will open only those properly labeled and sealed bids that are delivered to the Cameron Parish Police Jury by the time of the bid opening stated above.
