PROCEEDINGS
Cameron Parish Waterworks District #7 met in regular session on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 4:45 p.m. at the Creole Waterworks Office in the town of Creole, La.
Members present: Jude Primeaux, Guy Murphy, Lula LeBlanc, Robin Morales, Michelle Trahan.
Members absent: none
Guests present: Greg Gachassine, James Doxey, Waterworks employees.
Jude Primeaux called the meeting to order.
Guy Murphy led the pledge.
Robin Morales made a motion to approve the minutes from January 21, 2020 meeting. It was seconded by Michelle Trahan. Lula LeBlanc made a motion to approve the minutes from January 29, 2020 meeting. It was seconded by Michelle Trahan.
The following terms were agreed upon with a motion by Michelle Trahan and were seconded by Lula LeBlanc.
Cameron RV Park would pay $5.00 for every 1000 gallons of water usage, when bills go out on April 1st, 2020, Cameron RV Park will pay $5.00 per RV spot permitted, then on May 1st, 2020, bill Cameron RV Park will pay an additional $5.00 per bed for man camp.
Robin Morales made a motion to approve financial statement; it was seconded by Lula LeBlanc.
Michelle Trahan made a motion to pay bills; it was seconded by Lula LeBlanc.
Robin Morales made a motion to adjourn; it was seconded by Michelle Trahan.
Meeting officially cancelled due to COVID-19 regulations.
