Cameron Parish Recreation District 5 held its regularly scheduled meeting on September 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Board member Tremayne Picou called the meeting to order and on roll call the following members were present: Thomas Cox, Kayla Conner and Jacob Babcock
Absent: Brett Bellard
Employees in attendance were Lisa Ledano.
Guests in attendance: none
Minutes of the previous meeting, August 19, 2021, were distributed to all board members via electronic mail prior to the meeting. Thomas Cox made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Jacob Babcock seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Public comment: none.

•Pumping out the sewer system on the NW corner of the property – ratification – Jacob Babcock made a motion to approve pumping out the sewer system. Kayla Conner seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Public comment: none.
The board members present reviewed the invoices for the month of August 2021. Kayla Conner made a motion to approve the bills. Jacob Babcock seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Public comment: none.
The August 2021 treasurer’s report was distributed to all board members via electronic mail prior to the meeting. Thomas Cox made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Kayla Conner seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Public comment: none.
The board’s next meeting is scheduled to be held on October 21, 2021.
With no further business to discuss, Thomas Cox made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Kayla Conner seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Public comment: none.
