Last week, Feb. 3-7, Cameron Parish Schools celebrated National School Counseling Week, a time to recognize and appreciate the invaluable work of school counselors.
In Cameron Parish, we are fortunate to have an incredible team of counselors who dedicate their time, energy, and hearts to supporting our students and schools.
Thanks and recognition goes out to CPSB’s outstanding school counselors:
Mrs. Felisha Nunez, Grand Lake Elementary; Miss Brittany Granger, Grand Lake High School; Mrs. Megan Bourriaque, South Cameron High School; Mrs. Lisa Langford, Johnson Bayou High School; Mrs. Brooke Romero, Hackberry High School
These dedicated professionals wear many hats—providing guidance, counseling, scheduling, coordinating testing, and so much more. They consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their students’ success and well-being. Their efforts often happen behind the scenes, but their impact is felt in every classroom and throughout our schools.
