PUBLIC NOTICE
The Cameron Parish Police Jury has received approval of funding under Federal Emergency Declaration 4559 and 4570 for the purpose of restoring Parish facilities to pre-storm conditions. The Police Jury is interested in procuring an architect firm to 1) Inspect all Parish owned buildings for damage and create a scope of work for repairs; 2) Develop bid plans and specs for the repairs and 3) Assist the Parish with the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process.
The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of 44 CFR 13.36. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Qualification Statements for the Architect Services package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The Police Jury will award a contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process for this project.

A response to this request must be hand-delivered to the above named person at the above named address or mailed to P. O. Box 1280, Cameron, LA 70631, in such a manner that it is received no later than 4 p.m. on December 8, 2020.
