MINUTES OF MEETING
SEPTEMBER 20, 2022
A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of the Cameron Parish Beachfront Development Dist. No. 2 at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 126 Ann Street Cameron, Louisiana.
Board members present were: Kim Murphy, Tina Payne, Vickie Kiffe and Susan Boudreaux
Absent: Peggy Griffith
Guest: None
Public Comments: There were no Public Comments
The meeting was called to order by Vickie Kiffe as well as the roll call. The Pledge was led by Kim Murphy and the voluntary Prayer was led by Susan Boudreaux.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, the minutes for August 2022, regular session meeting was approved.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, that the bills for August 2022 be paid.
DISCUSSIONS MADE BUT NOT FINALIZED ARE:
There is another abandoned RV on the East side of the beach. Decided to check prices for Sun Sails to be installed as a shelter instead of a metal roof. These Sun Sails can be removed and evacuated in the event of a hurricane
COMPLETED PROJECTS:
Reduced the number of dumpsters to 1 for the winter months.
On a motion by Susan Boudreaux, seconded by Kim Murphy and carried, that there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
