a. Robertson Energy – West Hackberry, Section 17, T12S, R12W, (proposed structures for drilling the Sylvester and Tweety Prospects drilled from an existing well site), Cameron Parish, LA. (210502)
b. Delfin LNG, LLC – Offshore, West Cameron Area, Section 22, T15S, R13W, (proposed to construct, own, and operate a deepwater (DWP) terminal (referred to as Port Delfin) to serve the global liquefied natural gas market, approximately 37 to 40.8 nautical miles off the coast that consist of (4) new-build, custom designed floating liquefied natural gas vessels, (4) tower yoke mooring systems, (2) existing offshore natural gas pipelines of the former UT Offshore System and the High Island Offshore System (HIOS), (4) new pipelines laterals connecting the HIOS pipeline to each FLNGVs, and (4) service vessel moorings supporting the FLNGVs. The feed gas would be supplied through these new pipeline laterals to each of the FLNGVs, where it would be cooled to totally condense the gas to produce LNG, then would be stored in internal LNG storage tanks aboard each of the FLNGVs that have a storage capacity of approx. 210,000 cubic meters. Part of this proposed project, Delfin is proposing to construct, and operate the Delfin onshore facilities (DOF) which includes onshore pipelines and associated metering and compression facilities on the landward side of the mean, high water mark for the purpose of which is to measure and deliver gas into the offshore pipeline for the DWP. The DOF supply header will consist of 0.25 mile of new 42-inch pipeline and 0.6 mile of 30-inch twin pipelines. The DOF will include the existing 1.1 miles of the former UTOS pipeline a mainline block valve and blowdown site between the new compressor station and mean, high water mark), Cameron Parish, LA. Coatney Trust – Grand Chenier, Section 18, T15S, R5W, (proposed refurbishment of existing levee system at two locations within a 400-acre impoundment that includes replenishing washed out native material from water control structure caused by Hurricane Laura and Delta, this will result in approximately 38 cubic yards of native material to be excavated), Cameron Parish, LA.
