A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Terry J. Murphy, Desiree Boykin, Bethany Moore, and Travis Welch.
Members Absent: Travis LaBove.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis Welch and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Desiree Boykin, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to adopt resolution of 9.830 mills for the Hackberry Recreation District for 2023.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to adopt resolution of 1.970 mills for the HRD Multi-Purpose Facility for 2023.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to issue change order for the Pool House project for $10,182.39.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
