PUBLIC NOTICE
The Parish of Cameron is requesting proposals from experienced firms to enter into a pre-event contract at no immediate cost to the Parish for the following services. Contractors shall provide substantial damage determination planning, public outreach, preliminary damage assessments, inspections, determinations, and appeals process after a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the Parish in order to fulfill FEMA NFIP Floodplain Management requirements and assist in mitigating future threats to the public safety as well as residential and commercial structure damages within the community. Contractors shall also provide disaster recovery and substantial damage determinations technical program management assistance to Parish officials.
The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of 44 CFR 13.36. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Proposal package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The Police Jury will award a contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process for this project.

Box 1280, Cameron, LA 70631, in such a manner that it is received no later than 2 p.m. on July 6, 2021.
