A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present:?Travis Welch, Desiree Boykin, Terry J. Murphy and Bethany Moore.
Member Absent: Travis LaBove.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Bethany Moore and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to acknowledge the resignation of Board Member Barry Stine and welcome new Board Member Desiree Boykin.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
