Members Present: Wesley Hardin, Gordon Gremillion, Will Aucoin
Members Absent: Jared Desormeaux, Bobby Stansel
Employees Present: Brad Hinton and Shaun Kyle
Special Guest: Blaine Johnson – Southland Environmental
The meeting was called to order by president Wesley Hardin and the following business was discussed. Public Comment: None
The February Minutes and Financial Report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Will Aucoin and carried unanimously the Board approved the previous meeting minutes.
Blain Johnson gave updates on their meeting with the Parish Engineer Gary Johnson and with the Office of Coastal Management.
On motion of Will Aucoin, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the Board approved the expense for Southland Environmental and Blue Wing to apply for the permit with the OCM.
Monthly updates were given by Brad Hinton.
On motion of Will Aucoin, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the Board elected to work with the Parish Road crew to get the Benjamin Rd. Lateral cleaned to improve drainage in the area.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Will Aucoin and carried unanimously the Board accepted the February 2023 Financial Report, Actual vs Budget Report, and approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Will Aucoin, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
