A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Desiree Boykin, Bethany Moore, and Travis Welch.
Members Absent: Terry J. Murphy.
Guest: Curtis Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis LaBove and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Desiree Boykin, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to reject all bids on Pool Project.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
