REGULAR MEETING
Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District
February 22, 2021
A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Terry J. Murphy, Barry Stine and Bethany Moore.
Members Absent: Travis Welch.
Guests: Coy Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Bethany Moore and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Barry Stine, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to receive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditors Report for the year ending December 31, 2019 from Gragson, Cassiday, and Guillory prepared by Coy Vincent.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried for a 4% pay raise for Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Pool Supervisor, Kitchen Assistant and Multi-Purpose Center Reservation Bookkeeper. A $1.25 per hour pay raise for Maintenance Person and $200.00 per month increase for Park Director and $200.00 per month increase for Multi-Purpose Center Director.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Barry Stine, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
