The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the wastewater district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call and the voluntary Prayers
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Anthony Theriot, Vickie Conner, and Jerry Dockins
Absent: Donnie LeJeune
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Jerry Dockins and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session January 2024 minutes.
On a motion by Anthony Theriot, seconded by Jerry Dockins and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of January 2024.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, that the bills for the month of January 2023 be paid.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to table the approval of the amended 2023 budget until the February 27, 2024 Board meeting.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to adopt the MWPP (Municipal Water Pollution Prevention) for 2023.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to sign and return the Engagement Letter for the audit for the year ended 2023.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
