MINUTE PROCEEDINGS
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, January 22, 2024, at South Cameron High School, 753 Oak Grove Hwy, Grand Chenier, LA 70643
PRESENT: Phillip Trosclair III, Anthony Swire, Suzie Fawvor, Bubba Richard, and Mitchell Baccigalopi
ABSENT:
Guest: Asst. District Attorney – Chelsea Champagne
President Trosclair called the meeting to order.
Public Comment – None
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Mitchell Baccigalopi, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to elect Phillip Trosclair III as board President.
On motion by Mitchell Baccigalopi, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried, to elect Anthony Swire as board Vice President.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Mitchell Baccigalopi, and carried, to elect Suzie Fawvor as board Secretary.
On motion by, Anthony Swire, seconded by, Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved the following permits:
Apache Corporation- Grand Chenier, (West Cameron Block 33 ”N” Structure; proposes to abandon 2” pipeline from state water structure East Cameron 2 to offshore federal platform West Cameron 33 N).
On motion by Suzie Fawvor, seconded by Mitchell Baccigalopi, and carried to accept the monthly invoices.
On motion by, Bubba Richard, second by, Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
