Lola Irene Stelly of Grand Chenier was born in Winnie, Texas and died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, at the age of 71.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Don) Barker of Burnsville, W. Va.; sons, Cody Richard of Eugene, Ore., and Eric (Christina) Stelly of Grand Chenier; step-sons, John (Terri) Stelly of Raywood, Texas, and Summa (Jennifer) Stelly of Bossier City; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Ray Mahon of Hampshire, Texas, Jess Mahon of San Diego, Calif., Pete Mahon of Hampshire, Texas, Tommy Mahon of Winnie Texas, and Jimmy Mahon of Hampshire, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Stelly, and parents, Jess and Gertrude Mahon.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb, 22, at Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Burial followed in Hayes Cemetery.
