Lillie Mae Trahan Ducote, 85, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Funeral service was held Saturday, June 11, at the Hackberry New Community Center. Burial followed at New Hackberry Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth Ducote; six daughters Dianne (Joe) Hantz, Evelyn (Mike) Backlund, Liz (David) Vaughan, Michelle (Walter) Ledet, Rachael (Ferral) LeBleu, abd Becky Dees; 27 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Simon; and brother, Curtis Lee Trahan.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Ducote; two grandsons, Ryan Backlund and Christopher Ducote; and one great-granddaughter, Heather Backlund.
