She will be most known for being “Gran” and all that it entailed.

J. Johnson, Terry “Hippy” Richard; sisters-in-law, Allie Mae Theriot and Carolyn Richard; and many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
She was affectionately cared for by her loyal and special friends, Shirley Bonsall, Charlotte Trosclair, and Mary “Tingie” Picou as well as her sister, Mae Ann Hebert, and hairdresser Kaley Hebert. A note of grateful thankfulness is extended to the kind and compassionate nurses at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital including Bill, John, Logan, and Carson and the grateful staff of UT Health including Dr. Rodeo Abrencillo and Esther and Memorial Hermann Oncologist staff of Dr. Iman Doostan.
Mrs. Richard was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Macilda Theriot; one brother, Francis Melvin Theriot; daughter, Jennifer Lurlie Richard; brother-in-law, Barry Richard; and sisters-in-laws, Jacqueline “Jackie” Richard Johnson and Karen Beth “Cookie” Richard.
