On Tuesday, Apr. 22, the Grand Lake Lady Hornets hosted the DeQuincy Lady Tigers with a trip to the quarterfinals on the line.

DeQuincy would jump out to an early 3-0 in which the Lady Hornets had a hard time matching only scoring 1 run in the 3rd inning which would be their only run of the game as the Lady Tigers defeated the Lady Hornets by a final score of 9-1.

Alaina Bearb was 1-4, Ada Sims was 1-2, Elizabeth Daigle was 1-3, Emmalea Daigle was 1-3 with an RBI, and Aldi Sims was 1-3.
