DISTRICT NO. 10
PROCEEDINGS
The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 10 met in regular session at the Waterworks office located at 6246 Gulf Beach Hwy. in Johnson Bayou on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. Members present by roll call were Mrs. Connie Trahan, Mr. Kent Carlson, Mr. Jim Snyder, Mr. Mark Young. Members absent were Mr. Nathan Griffith. Employees attending were Rhonda Morrison, Carl Trahan, Jeff Landry, and Aaron Jinks.
It was moved by Mr. Snyder to call the meeting to order.
The pledge was said by all present and the prayer was led by Mrs. Trahan.
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. Discussion items were added to the end of the agenda.
It was moved by Mr. Young and seconded by Mrs. Trahan and carried to accept the minutes as read.
It was moved by Mr. Young to authorize President Nathan Griffith to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Cameron Parish Ambulance District No. 2 and Cameron Parish Sheriff Department for the building on Waterworks District No. 10’s property on Berwick Road. No public comment was given. The motion was seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried.
It was moved by Mr. Carlson to authorize President Nathan Griffith to sign the continued lease agreement with Cameron LNG. No public comment was given. The motion was seconded by Mr. Young and carried.
The Capacity Assessment Development report, Employee training in July, and new work schedule for Jeff were discussed.
It was moved by Mrs. Trahan seconded by Mr. Young and carried to approve the bills as paid.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mr. Snyder to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
