DETERMINATION
The DEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed an initial Title V air permit and an initial Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit from Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC – CP2 LNG Terminal, 1401 McKinney St Ste 2600, Houston, TX 77010 for the CP2 LNG Expansion and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on July 15, 2026. The facility is located at 235 Davis Rd in Cameron, Cameron Parish. •
Venture Global CP2 LNG LLC – CP2 LNG Terminal proposes to apply for a Title V air permit initial and initial PSD permit.
This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:1.Chapter 18.
