Ambulance District 2
CPAD2 met on June 1st, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the CPAD 2 Office at 979 Main St. Hackberry, La. 70645
Members Present: Calise Romero, Kathleen Simon, Randall McFatter, Kattie Toups and Phyllis Doxey.
Member Absent: Lynn Griffith
Guest: Jeff Kudla, Tom Barrett, Chad Mudd, David Bruchhaus, Wesley Romero, Chris Savoie, Rhonda Coleman, Darla Perry, Amy Thompson and Chris Spicer.

Prayer led by Mrs. Simon
Members approved the March 16th, 2022 board minutes with a motion by Mrs. Simon and a 2nd by Mr. McFatter and carried unopposed.
When ask there were no public comments.
Old Business:
1. Jeff Kudla with Kudla Architecture spoke to board concerning work to be done on crew quarters and a motion by Mr. McFatter was made and a 2nd by Mr. Romero to have Jeff move forward with contract and scope of work to bring to the next board meeting in July.
New Business:
1. The Cameron Parish Sheriff Office agreed to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Cameron Parish Ambulance District 2 and Cameron Parish Waterworks District 10 for the property and building at 153 Berwick Rd Johnson Bayou with CPAD2 reserving the right to retain any and all insurance proceeds.
2. Chad Mudd made a proposal to handle insurance litigation on behalf of CPAD2 and with a motion by Mr. McFatter and a 2nd by Mrs. Doxey the motion carried unopposed.
3. Mrs. Perry gave the payroll, bill and budget to actual budget report Mrs. Simon made a motion to accept payroll, bills and budget to actual report a 2nd was made by Mr. McFatter and motion carried.
4. Mrs. Coleman gave the directors report and a motion was made by Mr. McFatter and a 2nd by Mrs. Simon to accept the report motion carried.
7. With no further business to discuss Mr. McFatter made a motion to adjourn and Mrs. Doxey made a 2nd motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
