Members Present: Wesley Hardin, Jared Desormeaux, Bobby Stansel, Gordon Gremillion, Will Aucoin

Special Guest: Blaine Johnson – Southern Environmental, Alex Guillory – Bluewing Civil Consulting
The meeting was called to order by president Wesley Hardin and the following business was discussed.
Public Comment: None
The May Minutes and Financial Report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Jared Desormeaux, and carried unanimously the board approved the previous meeting minutes.
Blaine Johnson with Southland Environmental will get the cost of the proposal for the permit with the Core of Engineers for the School House Marsh Project. Alex Guillory with Bluewing Civil Consulting presented the estimated cost of completing a hydrologic study and will return with an updated cost after viewing the areas in person around Hackberry.
The flap gate installation south of Joe Dugas Rd. is in progress. On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Jared Desormeaux, and carried unanimously the board decided to move on concerning the trucking for the project.
The Cemetary drainage project is still in progress and the area has been sprayed.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Will Aucoin, and carried unanimously the board adopted the Cameron Parish Police Jury Employee Evaluation form.
The board asked for an employee weekly log book to be presented at meetings for review.
On motion of Jared Desormeaux, seconded by Gordon Gremillion, and carried unanimously the board accepted the May 2022 Financial Report and approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Jared Desormeaux, seconded by Will Aucoin, and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
