Judy Coe McInnis, 83, of Big Lake died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024.

She was born in Lake Charles. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School, class of 1959. She was head of the Majorettes, served on Homecoming Court, was elected a LaGrange Beauty and voted Best Dressed.

She became an active member of The Junior League. She and her husband moved to Pelican Point, in Big Lake, in 1989. During this time she become an executive tax preparer for H&R Block.

Survivors include her daughter, Ashleigh Lauren McInnis Terry (Jared) of Lake Charles; sisters, Patsy Klumpp and Jackie Digiglia both of Lake Charles; brother, Tommy Coe of Sulphur; and three granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge James Curtis McInnis; two children, Kimberly Katherine McInnis and Ross Bailey Coe McInnis; parents, Audrey and Clyde Coe; and a sister.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Feb. 24, in the Johnson Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Steve Shirley officiated.
