PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Cameron Parish Sheriff’s Office will receive sealed bids until July 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the Law Enforcement District Complex, 124 Recreation Center Lane, Cameron, LA 70631; at which time they shall be opened and read for the following vehicles or equivalent:
(5) 2022 Dodge Durangos
(Hemi V-8)
(5) 2022 Dodge Chargers
(Hemi V8)
(5) 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
(5) 2022 Ford Explorer
(10) 2022 Ford F-150 4×4
(5) Ford F-150 2×4
All of the above according to specifications on file in the Sheriff’s Office, Law Enforcement Center, Cameron, Louisiana. Interested persons may contact Chief Financial Officer Kayla Conner at (337) 775 5826 for specifications prior to bid submissions. Bids submitted may be mailed or hand delivered.
Bids received after July 19th at 10:00 a.m. will be returned unopened. The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids deemed not in the best public interest. Successful bids submitted shall have a delivery window of sixty (60) days. Due to current economic environment, computer chip shortages, factory delivery delays etc. bidder will be granted an escalation clause upon written request for increased cost factors beyond his control IE. Increased production cost, transport cost, or delayed factory delivery. Verification required will be written notice of increase by factory transferring vehicles to dealer. This is not a cost-plus transaction.
