Members Present: Bobby Stansel, Gordon Gremillion, Jared Desormeaux
Members Absent: Wesley Hardin, Will Aucoin

The February minutes and the February treasurer’s report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting. Jared Desormeaux asked if there was a motion to approve the minutes and treasurer’s report. Bobby Stansel made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and Gordon Gremillion seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Gordon Gremillion made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report and Bobby Stansel seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
BOARD BUSINESS:
1. Jared Desormeaux opened the meeting for public comments on all agenda items. No one was in attendance.
2. Jared Desormeaux discussed the open work orders.
3. The board discussed drainage issues and progress on lateral maintenance.
4. Jared Desormeaux discussed with the board a pay increase for Veronica Sellers, Secretary. The board agreed to a pay increase of $100.00 per month. Jared Desormeaux asked if there was a motion for a pay increase for Veronica Sellers. Gordon Gremillion made a motion for a pay increase and Bobby Stansel seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
5. The board had one (1) permit to review for approval: Shell Energy, Inc. After reviewing the permit, the board agreed to approve the permit. Jared Desormeaux asked if there was a motion to approve the permit. Bobby Stansel made a motion to approve the permit and Gordon Gremillion seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
6. The board reviewed the invoices for the month. Jared Desormeaux asked if there was a motion to pay the invoices. Gordon Gremillion made a motion to pay the invoices and Bobby Stansel seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
7. The board’s next meeting will be on April 13, 2020.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
