The Cameron Parish Water and Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the water district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

President Chris Mooney called the meeting to order.
The Pledge was led by Chris Mooney and the voluntary Prayer was led by Chris Mooney
Roll Call: Present: Chris Mooney, Tammy Peshoff and Kathy Guthrie
Absent: Fred Sanders and Cecil Clark III
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session April 2022 minutes.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, to approve the financial statement for the month of April.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, that the bills for the month of April 2022 be paid.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, to table Coastal Cans and Gulf Waste annual contract negotiation until June 28, 2022 board meeting.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, to request pre-event emergency contracts from vendors in preparation for the 2022 hurricane season.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, to review, approve and sign the mandatory annual sexual harassment report for 2022.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, to approve the purchase of the software for laptop to conduct business for the Water Sector Program Grant.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
