Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District
April 22, 2022
A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Bethany Moore, Desiree Boykin, and Travis Welch.
Members Absent: Terry J. Murphy.
Guest: Kathleen Simon.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis LaBove and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to adopt resolution of 9.830 mills for the Hackberry Recreation District for 2022.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to adopt resolution of 1.970 mills for the HRD/Multi-Purpose Facility for 2022.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
