Johnson Bayou Students of Year

Johnson Bayou High School has announced Students of the Year for 2020-21.
High School Student of the Year is Logan Coleman, a seventeen-year old senior at Johnson Bayou. He is the son of Bo and Jackie Coleman. He is a member of the Student Council and also plays on the Johnson Bayou Rebels basketball team. After graduation this year, Coleman will be sworn into the U.S. Navy.

Middle School Student of the Year is Isabella Trahan, the thirteen-year old daughter of Brina Trahan. She says, “I am honored to be participating in Student of the Year. I am involved in sports such as basketball and track at Johnson Bayou. I am also the Parliamentarian in the 4-H Club and am involved in Student Council. This year has been very crazy but has brought me closer to my family. In my free time I like to draw, do make-up, play basketball, hang out with my friends, and play outside with my siblings.”

Elementary Student of the Year is Kiara Coleman. She is eleven years old and in the 5th grade at Johnson Bayou. She is the daughter of Bo and Jackie Coleman. She is a member of the K-JBHS News Team and a member of the 4-H Club in Johnson Bayou. Coleman specializes in showing Rabbits for competition in 4-H, locally and on State level.
