The American Job Center is inviting all employers and jobseekers to their quarterly Job Fair that will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Lake Charles Civic Center, located at 900 Lakeshore Dr.

Veterans are scheduled for 9-9:30 a.m. and the general public is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.-12 noon.

Job seekers are not required to pre-register. Bring ID and copies of resume. Arrive early to help insure an opportunity to meet with employers. Dress for success. Business attire is encouraged.

The Louisiana Workforce Commission Mobile Workforce Center will be onsite during the job fair to assist job seekers with online application submission, resume writing/print, skills assessments and more.
