NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL
IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Administratrix of the Succession of Raywood Paul Vincent, Sr., Lucille Breaux Vincent, has petitioned this Honorable Court for authority to sell all of the succession’s right, title and interest in and to the following described immovable property in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3191 and 3281 of the Code of Civil Procedure:
All of the succession’s right, title and interest in and to the following described property, to wit:
1. A tract of land containing 3.125 acres, more or less, described as being located south of the tract of land herein allotted to and accepted by Floyd M. Vincent in the North Half (N1/2) of Lot “A” (3), being the North 12.50 acres, more or less, of the South 25 acres, more or less, of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Twelve (12) South, Range Three (3) West, Louisiana Meridian, Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
Being the same property acquired by Raywood Paul Vincent, Sr. in Act of Partition before Rose L. Valence, Notary Public, dated December 13, 1983, registered in COB 682, page 100 of the records of the Parish of Cameron, State of Louisiana.
2. A certain tract of land containing 29.67 acres, more or less, designated as Tract No. 2 on Plat of Survey made by Frank R. Lyman, Land Surveyor, under date of June 24, 1974, attached to an act of Partition had among Kirby P. Vincent, et als, dated July 5, 1974 which is of record in Volume 319, at Page 515, under Entry No. 137283 of the Conveyance Records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 26 Township 12 South, Range 3 West, Louisiana Meridian, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and more fully described as beginning at a point located 526.7 feet South 0° 3’ East of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 26, Township 12 South, Range 3 West Louisiana Meridian, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, thence running North 89° 52’ West, a distance of 2,666.4 feet; thence running South 89° 52’ East, a distance of 2,666.4 feet; thence running North 0° 3’ West, a distance of 484.7 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to the servitude and reservations set forth in Act of Partition passed before I. P. Saal, Jr., Notary Public, on July 5, 1974 and recorded in COB 319, folio 515 of the Parish of Cameron, State of Louisiana.
Being the same property acquired by Raywood Paul Vincent, Sr. in Act of Partition before I. P. Saal, Jr., Notary Public, dated July 5, 1974, registered in COB 319, folio 515 of the records of the Parish of Cameron, State of Louisiana.
The proposed sale shall be subject to the price, terms and conditions as set forth in the purchase agreement, a copy of which is filed in these proceedings. Any heir or creditor who opposes the proposed sale must file his or her opposition within seven (7) days from the date on which the last publication of this notice appears.
