A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Terry J. Murphy, Travis LaBove, Desiree Boykin, and Travis Welch.
Member Absent: Bethany Moore.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis Welch, and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded byTravis LaBove, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Desiree Boykin, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
