PUBLIC NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by Johnson Bayou Recreational District until 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2021 for the sale of weight room equipment. Bids must be mailed to 135 Berwick Rd., Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, 70631.
All bids arriving after this date and hour will be returned to bidder unopened. All items are available for your viewing at the following times at the Johnson Bayou Recreation Center:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday by appointment. Please call Heather Trahan at 337-324-5161 to schedule an appointment.
All items will be sold “as is, and it will be the responsibility of the awarded bidder to make the necessary arrangements to obtain possession and remove items from the recreation center. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is labeled “Sealed bid- weight room equipment”.
